Smart and fully automatic management
The automated management software CURTpro monitors all dust control units and associated components of an installation and controls them in real time, with just a click of the mouse. CURTpro is a smart and user-friendly control system, a true "game changer". The system can be configured with custom settings, allowing it to respond automatically to input from connected sensors. Thanks to this individually adjustable configuration, the system can respond seamlessly to the signals from the associated sensors.
The software can easily be operated via a PC or tablet, in principle from any location in the world. Because CURTpro works fully automatically, responsibility for dust and odour control no longer rests solely on the shoulders of the installation owner or the employees themselves.
CURTpro works fully autonomously: if certain work processes regularly generate dust, various inputs, such as weather station data or targeted time control, can be used to determine when and how the system automatically switches on or off. This also optimises the use of resources: thanks to CURTpro, the system only runs when it is actually needed.

What does CURTpro respond to?
CURTpro can be configured with the right inputs for the individual dust-binding machines in your installation, tailored to your specific needs. With the help of high-quality sensor technology, multiple inputs can be used within the control software:
1. Weather data
Various inputs play a central role in the correct operation of the control software. In order to respond correctly to every situation, CURTpro bases its behaviour on data from a weather station. This allows it to take into account, among other things, the type and amount of precipitation, wind speed and direction, temperature and humidity.
2. Sensor technology
Thanks to high-quality sensor technology, CURTpro receives input on external conditions and the system responds to it automatically. Sensors available for integration include:
- digital sensor
- soil moisture sensor
- odour sensor
- dust sensor (APSensor Dust)
Integration of the H2 System and the associated water lines is also optionally possible. Each individual line can be configured and controlled individually.
The APSensor Dust
Thanks to new intelligent auto particle identification (API) technology, the APSensor Dust makes it possible to work in a wide variety of dust source scenarios and to measure air quality accurately, even outdoors. Using a pump suction sampling method, the APSensor can measure dust concentration accurately and reliably.
